    Bill Adams, MBA, CCIM, CRB
    William T. (Bill) Adams is President of Adams, REALTORS, an Atlanta based commercial and residential real estate company. He is an Atlanta and Grant Park native with a 40 year history of involvement in neighborhood, historic preservation and affordable housing issues. He currently serves on the board of Capital Hill Neighborhood Development Corp. and the Grant Park Conservancy. He has a BBA in Real Estate and an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University. Adams formed Adams Realtors in 1979. During his career Adams has been involved in residential loft and office projects involving historic tax credits as well as more traditional office, industrial, retail and multifamily transactions. He has also helped numerous nonprofit and governmental organizations with their acquisition and disposition strategies. He has the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) designation from the CCIM Institute, an affiliate of the National Association of Realtors. He has been a youth soccer coach with the Atlanta Youth Soccer Association and a youth baseball and basketball coach with the Decatur Recreation Department.
